Nancy Crawford
Founder & CEO
Nancy Crawford began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she developed a deep appreciation for compassionate and dignified care. She later founded Care Connection Transport Services, LLC, transforming access to non-emergency medical transportation across the Central Coast.
Through this work, Nancy and her team saw firsthand the need for qualified and reliable home care—and Care Connection Home Care was born, extending their mission from safe transport to trusted in-home support.
Recognized for her leadership in healthcare and accessibility, Nancy was named a 2025 Champion of Health, one of only ten individuals honored across San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties. Her additional accolades include Small Business of the Year and Pacific Coast Business Times’ 40 Under 40.
Nancy serves on the Central Coast Commission for Senior Citizens and the Marian Foundation, and remains an active community volunteer through the Rotary Club of Santa Maria, Kiwanis for Kids, and Blessings in a Backpack.
Deven Cole
Homecare Supervisor
With over 23 years of experience in caregiving and end-of-life care, Deven brings deep compassion and expertise to her role as Caregiver Supervisor. Her background also includes 8 years in bereavement counseling and 6 years specializing in memory care, allowing her to support both clients and families with empathy and understanding during every stage of care.
Outside of work, Deven is a proud mom to two amazing teenage daughters. She has a special love for animals—especially raccoons—and brings a warm sense of humor to everything she does, often finding joy in laughing at herself.
